Lawday was appointed to deliver improvement works across three Bromley schools during the summer holiday period, including new retaining walls, replacement disabled access, resurfacing, new play equipment and specialist rubber crumb and wet-pour safety surfacing.

With all three projects running within the same school holiday window, careful programming and coordination of labour, plant and specialist subcontractors was essential, with works planned around fixed completion dates so each site was safe, complete and ready for pupils and staff to return.
